2. Refund Eligibility

Project deposits: Deposits are non-refundable once project work has started.

Full-service projects: If services have not yet been delivered, a full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase.

Ongoing subscriptions/retainers: Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial payment, provided that no deliverables have been completed during that time.

Digital products (templates, guides, courses): Due to the nature of digital downloads, these items are non-refundable once delivered.
3. Partial Refunds
If a project has already begun but is not yet complete, Empower Automation Solutions may, at its discretion, issue a partial refund based on the percentage of work already delivered.
